About the Opportunity

We are looking for a driven Operations Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech startup environment and is eager to grow quickly within the organization. While 1-2 years of experience in business roles is preferred, it is not strictly required.

The right candidate will have a passion for execution and problem-solving and will report directly to the Founder's office, with a clear pathway to grow into a Chief of Staff role within 1-2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll disbursements and employee reimbursement processes
• Coordinate with external accountants on tax compliance matters
• Oversee the accounts receivable conversion cycle
• Manage the recruitment pipeline, including onboarding and offboarding processes
• Execute, review, and improve company policies and procedures
• Ensure smooth, cost-effective operations across all business functions
• Collaborate closely with founders across all departments, including HR, finance, and procurement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution
• 1-2 years of experience in business or operations roles (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for sustainability and tech-driven solutions
• High level of accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
